Best Computer Techs--Progressive Technology
If you purchase your Dell from Progressive Technology and sign up for the 3 year on-site program, you will love it. These guys know what they're doing and make it EZ to fix any problems you encounter. I've used them since the companies inception and have 5 computers we rotate, purchasing new ones from them every time the warranties run out.
